Welcome to Hanguluxe. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Hanguluxe website, including browsing, accounts, orders, products, promotions and website services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hanguluxe

Hanguluxe is a contemporary clothing and lifestyle brand inspired by landscapes, wildlife, culture, traditions, art and stories of the Himalayan region. Our philosophy is Stories Worth Wearing.

2. Eligibility and Use

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not use it for fraud, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, copy/scrape content without authorization, or impersonate another person or entity.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display descriptions, designs, colours, sizes, measurements, specifications, photographs, prices and availability. Reasonable variations may result from screens, lighting, photography, fabric, printing/embroidery and production tolerances.

4. Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable, Hanguluxe may cancel the affected item/order and process an applicable refund where payment has been received.

5. Pricing

Prices are ordinarily in Indian Rupees. Prices, promotions, discounts and shipping charges may change. A genuine technical, typographical or pricing error may result in cancellation with applicable refund.

6. Orders

Orders may be acknowledged through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method. Hanguluxe may reject/cancel orders for unavailability, payment failure, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud/misuse, duplicate or unusually large orders, incorrect information, delivery limitations or technical errors.

7. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for accurate name, mobile, email, billing, shipping and other required information.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Hanguluxe does not ordinarily store complete card information when an authorized gateway processes it.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the provided address. Estimated delivery dates are estimates. Courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect addresses and events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery.

10–13. Exchange-Only Policy

Hanguluxe operates an exchange-only policy for eligible products. Ordinary change-of-mind, preference or incorrect-size requests are not monetary returns. The original Hanguluxe tag must remain attached exactly as delivered, and products must meet the Exchange Policy conditions. The full procedures and exclusions are in the Exchange Policy.

14–17. Damaged Products, Cancellation, Undelivered Orders & Promotions

Contact Hanguluxe promptly for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Cancellation may not be possible after processing, packing, handover or dispatch. Incorrect addresses, failed attempts or refused deliveries may incur re-dispatch charges. Coupons may have expiry dates, minimum purchases, exclusions and non-combinability.

18. Intellectual Property

Hanguluxe branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, stories, descriptions and website design are owned by Hanguluxe or used with authorization unless otherwise stated and may not be commercially exploited without authorization.

19. User Content

Submitted reviews, photos, feedback and testimonials must be lawful and non-infringing. Where permitted, content submitted for publication may be displayed or used for legitimate business/promotional purposes.

20–21. Third-Party Services & Availability

The site may integrate payment, logistics, analytics, communication and social services that operate under their own policies. Uninterrupted website access cannot be guaranteed.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hanguluxe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23–24. Privacy & Accounts

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for account credentials and should report suspected unauthorized use promptly.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable in India. Disputes are subject to competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable Hanguluxe business entity, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.

26–28. Changes, Severability & Contact

Hanguluxe may revise these Terms. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions may be directed to Hanguluxe through the contact details displayed on the website.
